What does the Unit do?
Quality leads the management and improvement of processes, management systems, and operational reviews, driving excellence, efficiency, and digital transformation through the use of data and Artificial Intelligence.
Junior (0-2 years of experience)
En el soporte al Sistema Integrado de Gestión (procedimientos, control indicadores). Análisis y supervisión de actividades operativas en las Áreas Territoriales, con el fin de evaluar el rendimiento desde una perspectiva empresarial integral.
También colaborarás en incitativas de la unidad vinculadas a Inteligencia Artificial. Análisis de datos, reporting, etc.
La beca está orientada a perfiles digitales graduados en Ingeniería Eléctrica, Organización Industrial, Ingeniería de Datos, Ingeniería Informática, Física o Matemáticas.
Prácticas en ENDESA, Programa SWING:
● Ayuda de estudio de 900,00 € brutos mensuales.
● Horario: Híbrido - Jornada 35 horas semanales
● Centro de trabajo en España: Zaragoza. Aznar Molina.
Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 9 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica.
La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes, un periodo de descanso de 17 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica: Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.
