What you'll do

Reporting to the Director of Transformation, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, medium-term forecasts, and long-term financial plans
Strategic scenario modeling and support for decision-making
Develop and improve financial models, scenario analyses, and margin simulations
Create and maintain discounted cash flow (DCF) models for investment projects, evaluate CAPEX, and strategic initiatives
Support decision-making on capital investments, optimizations, and business growth opportunities
Analyze the income statement, cost structure, production KPIs, and commercial performance
Monitor expenses across all departments and projects, track production KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional business partners on significant variances
Prepare monthly management reports (variance analysis, outlook, risks, and opportunities)
Improve dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, Power BI, or other systems
Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and corporate departments to analyze performance and evaluate optimization initiatives
Provide insights on cost optimization, pricing, investments, and business cases
Process Improvement
Support the evolution, standardization, and automation of FP&A processes
Contribute to strengthening financial governance and data quality

What you'll do

Liderar la preparación de presupuestos anuales, previsiones a medio plazo y planes financieros a largo plazo
Modelado de escenarios estratégicos y apoyo a la toma de decisiones
Desarrollar y mejorar modelos financieros, análisis de escenarios y simulaciones de márgenes
Crear y mantener modelos de flujo de caja descontado (FCD) para proyectos de inversión, evaluación de CAPEX e iniciativas estratégicas
Apoyar la toma de decisiones sobre inversiones de capital, optimizaciones y oportunidades de crecimiento empresarial
Analizar el estado de resultados, la estructura de costes, los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPI) de producción y el rendimiento comercial
Supervisar el gasto en todos los departamentos y proyectos, realizar un seguimiento de los KPI de producción y coordinarse con los socios comerciales multifuncionales en caso de desviaciones significativas.
Preparar informes mensuales de gestión (análisis de variaciones, perspectivas, riesgos y oportunidades)
Mejorar los paneles de control y las herramientas analíticas utilizando Excel, Power BI u otros sistemas
Colaborar con los departamentos de Operaciones, Ventas y corporativos para analizar el rendimiento y evaluar las iniciativas de optimización
Proporcionar información sobre optimización de costes, precios, inversiones y casos de negocio
Mejora de Procesos
Apoyar la evolución, estandarización y automatización de los procesos de FP&A
