End-to-end delivery of eBanking projects: Define the scope with clients and Relationship Managers, execute the implementation, and maintain progress dashboards with weekly reports.
Promotion of eBanking solutions: Conduct live demonstrations and showcase functionalities to facilitate successful client onboarding.
Technical expertise and client integration: Master all eBanking functionalities and the roles of stakeholders to configure and launch solutions smoothly.
Contract administration and system registration: Manage client contracts, ensure accurate registration, create user accounts, and activate bank-to-bank interfaces.
Operational support: Provide quick resolution to client inquiries, escalate incidents to the appropriate teams, and manage internal user profile requests.
Degree in Business Administration (ADE) or similar.
Advanced English.
Analytical profile.
Experience in a similar position.
Contract: temporary + real possibility of moving to permanent staff.
Salary: 30-35k

Entrega integral (end-to-end) de proyectos de eBanking: Definir el alcance con los clientes y los Relationship Managers, ejecutar la implementación y mantener paneles de control de progreso con informes semanales.
Promoción de soluciones de eBanking: Realizar demostraciones en vivo y mostrar las funcionalidades para facilitar la incorporación (onboarding) con éxito de los clientes.
Dominio técnico e integración de clientes: Dominar todas las funcionalidades de eBanking y los roles de las partes interesadas para configurar y lanzar soluciones sin contratiempos.
Administración de contratos y registro en sistemas: Gestionar los contratos de los clientes, garantizar un registro preciso, crear cuentas de usuario y activar interfaces banco a banco (bank-to-bank).
Soporte operativo: Ofrecer una resolución rápida a las consultas de los clientes, escalar incidentes a los equipos correspondientes y gestionar las solicitudes de perfiles de usuario internos.
