What you'll do

Functions:

Monitor contracts and projects, anticipating variances and proposing corrective actions.
Oversee activity forecasts, ensuring compliance with established financial targets.
Ensure the consistency and reliability of financial and management analyses.
Coordinate and provide support in budgeting and financial planning processes.
Implement and manage profitability tracking for operational projects.
Analyze variances between actual results and targets, identifying causes and proposing action plans together with management.
Supervise and control direct and indirect costs, seeking optimization opportunities.
Participate in debt monitoring and recovery, assessing risks and supporting collection control.
Perform reconciliations and analyses of differences between general accounting and management accounting.

Requirements

2 to 5 years of professional experience in similar positions.
University degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
Solid knowledge of financial control and production tracking by progress.
Advanced level of French (preferably bilingual). If you do not have French, an advanced level of English will be considered.
Interpersonal skills, adaptability, autonomy and results orientation.
Analytical skills and the ability to work in dynamic, project-oriented environments.
Experience in operational controlling and profitability analysis.
Ability to influence and communicate effectively, supporting strategic decision-making.

What you'll do

Funciones:

Realizar el seguimiento de contratos y proyectos, anticipando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas.
Supervisar las previsiones de actividad, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros establecidos.
Garantizar la coherencia y fiabilidad de los análisis financieros y de gestión.
Coordinar y dar soporte en procesos presupuestarios y de planificación financiera.
Implantar y gestionar el seguimiento de la rentabilidad de los proyectos operativos.
Analizar las desviaciones entre resultados reales y objetivos, identificando causas y proponiendo planes de acción junto con la dirección.
Supervisar y controlar costes directos e indirectos, buscando oportunidades de optimización.
Participar en el seguimiento y recuperación de deuda, evaluando riesgos y apoyando el control de cobros.
Realizar conciliaciones y análisis de diferencias entre la contabilidad general y la contabilidad analítica.

Requisitos

Experiencia profesional de entre 2 y 5 años en posiciones similares.
Formación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas (ADE), Finanzas, Economía o disciplinas afines.
Conocimientos sólidos de control financiero y seguimiento de producción por avance.
Nivel alto de francés (preferiblemente bilingüe). En caso de no contar con francés, se valorará inglés alto.
Capacidad relacional, adaptabilidad, autonomía y orientación a resultados.
Habilidades analíticas y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos y orientados a proyectos.
Experiencia en controlling operativo y análisis de rentabilidad.
Capacidad para influir y comunicar eficazmente, apoyando la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
