From Adecco Selección we are looking to bring on board a Financial Controller Manager - REMOTE, for a stable project with a strong technological component.
We are looking for a resourceful, organized person with the ability to learn quickly, accustomed to working with digital tools and focused on the continuous improvement of processes.
What will your duties be?
-Management and maintenance of the company's daily accounting (accounting entries, reconciliations, and monitoring of transactions).
-Control and supervision of collections, payments, and treasury.
-Preparation of financial reports and indicators for management.

-Coordination with external advisors on tax, labor, and accounting matters.

Application of Artificial Intelligence tools on a daily basis to automate tasks, improve processes, and increase efficiency.

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
-Gestión y mantenimiento de la contabilidad diaria de la compañía (asientos contables, conciliaciones y seguimiento de movimientos).
-Control y supervisión de cobros, pagos y tesorería.
-Elaboración de reportes financieros e indicadores para la dirección.
-Seguimiento y análisis de gastos, detectando posibles desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
-Coordinación con asesorías externas para cuestiones fiscales, laborales y contables.
-Gestión y mantenimiento de la documentación administrativa y financiera.
-Uso y explotación de ERP, CRM y herramientas de análisis de datos para optimizar procesos.
-Desarrollo de cuadros de mando e informes mediante Excel y Google Sheets.
Aplicación de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial en el día a día para automatizar tareas, mejorar procesos y aumentar la eficiencia.
