We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in financial process transformation to join our Strategy and Consulting team in the financial services sector.

The analyst will gain a solid understanding of data analysis and development principles applied to projects related to risk management and financial management of banking and insurance entities.

The functions to be performed include:

- Implementation of improvements in the data model for credit risk admission and monitoring

- Design and creation of new analytical models for financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

- Application of AI to improve risk control models, create metrics, and dashboards for risk appetite profiling

- Application of machine learning models to AML risk scoring, etc.

- Gathering functional requirements to hand them over to the IT team.

For this position, we require:

- Experience in financial sector projects, including processes such as corporate planning and risk management, as well as an understanding of credit risk models and sector regulations.

- Skills in data analytics, including the use of programming tools such as Python and SQL. Knowledge of artificial intelligence is valued.

- Business consulting skills are valued, such as project management, preparing executive presentations and documentation, and participating in planning and prioritization of tasks.

Estamos buscando profesionales con amplia experiencia en transformación de procesos financieros para unirse a nuestro equipo de Strategy and Consulting en el sector de servicios financieros.

El analista adquirirá una sólida comprensión de los principios de análisis y desarrollo de datos aplicado a proyectos relacionados con la gestión de riesgos y gestión financiera de entidades bancarias y aseguradoras.

Entre las funciones a realizar se encuentran:

- Realización de mejoras en modelo de datos para admisión y seguimiento de riesgo de crédito

- Diseño y creación de nuevos modelos analíticos para los procesos de planificación, forecasting y presupuestación financiera.

- Aplicación de IA para mejora de modelos de control de riesgos, creación de métricas y cuadros de mando para perfil de apetito al riesgo

- Aplicación de modelos de machine learning al scoring de riesgos AML, etc.

- Toma de requerimientos funcionales para trasladarlos al equipo de IT.

Para este puesto, se requiere:

- Experiencia en proyectos del sector financiero, incluyendo procesos como la planificación corporativa y la gestión del riesgo, así como una comprensión de los modelos de riesgo de crédito y las normativas del sector.

- Habilidades en data analytics, incluyendo el uso de herramientas de programación como Python y SQL. Es valorable tener conocimientos en inteligencia artificial.

- Se valoran capacidades de consultoría de negocio, como la gestión de proyectos, la preparación de presentaciones ejecutivas y documentación, y la participación en la planificación y priorización de tareas.
