What you'll do

Reporting to the CFO, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following functions:

Supervising the full accounting cycle and ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, coordinating external audits and relationships with advisors.
Preparing and analyzing financial statements, identifying variances, and proposing improvement actions.
Leading financial planning processes, annual budgeting, and forecasting.
Monitoring the financial performance of national and international projects, analyzing profitability, costs, and margins.
Developing management reports and dashboards for senior management, providing information for decision-making.
Controlling budget execution and monitoring financial KPIs.
Managing treasury and cash flow forecasts, optimizing company liquidity.
Driving improvements in financial, accounting, and internal control processes.
Coordinating and developing the Finance and Administration team.
Debt management.

What you'll get

Salary range: €75,000 - €85,000 + Bonus

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in financial positions, with at least 3-5 years as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller, or Accounting Manager.
Solid knowledge of financial accounting, closing processes, and preparation of financial statements.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Strong analytical skills and a business-oriented mindset.
Experience preparing reports for senior management and profitability analysis.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems, preferably Navision.
High level of English and French (highly valued in a company with international operations).
Essential previous experience in the engineering, infrastructure, construction, or project sector.

What you'll do

Reportando a el CFO el candidato seleccionado será responsable de las siguientes funciones;

Supervisar el ciclo contable completo y garantizar el correcto cierre contable mensual, trimestral y anual.
Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa contable y fiscal, coordinando las auditorías externas y la relación con asesores.
Elaborar y analizar los estados financieros, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones de mejora.
Liderar los procesos de planificación financiera, presupuesto anual y forecast.
Realizar el seguimiento económico-financiero de proyectos nacionales e internacionales, analizando rentabilidad, costes y márgenes.
Desarrollar informes de gestión (reporting) y cuadros de mando para la Dirección, proporcionando información para la toma de decisiones.
Controlar la ejecución presupuestaria y monitorizar indicadores financieros (KPIs).
Coordinar la gestión de tesorería y previsiones de caja, optimizando la liquidez de la compañía.
Impulsar mejoras en los procesos financieros, contables y de control interno.
Coordinar y desarrollar el equipo de Administración y Finanzas.
Gestión de deuda.
