As part of our entity's growth plan in Spain, responsible for our customers in Spain and Portugal, we are looking for our Madrid offices:

• Validation and implementation of new versions of PMR/TETRA and 3GPP critical communication systems.
• Management of different incidents with the objective of meeting SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction. Including the analysis of the same for their resolution when possible or their management with support levels 3 and 4.
• Ensure 24-hour technical assistance (at company or customer facilities), in accordance with the contracts defined with customers.
• Possess minimum knowledge aimed at technical support, with continuous training. Know the system and stay up to date with its updates and modifications.
• Preparation of the necessary documentation relating to both internal and external technical support, as well as the technical training provided in the projects.

• Telecommunications Engineering, IT or similar; or equivalent training.
• Experience of at least 2 years in tasks similar to those required.
• Knowledge of PMR/TETRA Technologies, with knowledge of mobile communication applications, architecture, and protocols being valued.
• Knowledge of Computing, Servers, IP networks, and virtual machine environments.
• Knowledge of script and macro programming with languages such as AutoHotKey, Python, VBA, SQL, etc.
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• We will especially value proactivity, ability to work in a team, customer orientation, and availability to work in highly demanding environments where it is necessary to guarantee 24x7 service continuity.

• Validación e implementación de nuevas versiones de sistema de comunicaciones críticas PMR/TETRA y 3GPP.
• Gestión de las diferentes incidencias con el objetivo de cumplir los SLA y maximizar la satisfacción de los clientes. Incluyendo el análisis de las mismas para su resolución cuando sea posible o su gestión con los niveles de soporte 3 y 4.
• Asegurar la asistencia técnica 24 horas (en instalaciones de la empresa o del cliente), de acuerdo a los contratos definidos con los clientes.
• Disponer de conocimientos mínimos encaminados al soporte técnico, con formación continua. Conocer el sistema y estar al día en sus actualizaciones y modificaciones.
• Preparación de la documentación necesaria relativa al soporte técnico tanto interna como externa, así como la formación técnica que se imparta en los proyectos.

• Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, IT o similar; o formación equivalente.
• Experiencia de, al menos, 2 años en tareas similares a las requeridas.
• Conocimiento de Tecnologías PMR/TETRA, valorándose el conocimiento de aplicaciones, arquitectura y protocolos de comunicaciones móviles.
• Conocimiento de Informática, Servidores, redes IP y entornos de máquina virtual.
• Conocimiento de programación de scripts y macros con lenguajes como AutoHotKey, Python, VBA, SQL, etc.
• Capacidad para comunicarse en inglés, hablado y escrito.
• Valoraremos especialmente la proactividad, capacidad para trabajar en equipo, la orientación al cliente y la disponibilidad para trabajar en entornos muy demandantes donde es necesario garantizar la continuidad del servicio 24x7.
