Have you recently completed your studies and are you interested in starting your career in an environment where technology, systems, and health are combined?

As part of the On Program at Roche 2026, we are looking to incorporate a recent graduate into the Field Service IT team in Madrid.

During the program, you will learn to provide support for Roche's digital solutions and information systems installed in hospitals and laboratories, accompanied by experienced professionals and with a structured training and mentoring itinerary.

You will participate in activities such as:

• Configuration, maintenance, and support of systems and applications.
• Resolving technical incidents.
• Support for systems installed in laboratory environments.
• Review and monitoring of the operational quality of systems.
• Training and support for clients.
• Documentation of activities and installations in CRM.
• Collaboration with other technical teams and Customer Support.
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives and service optimization.

As you progress through the program, you will gain more autonomy and responsibility.

We would like to meet you if:

• You have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Telecommunications, Technical Engineering, or a similar discipline.
• You completed your qualifying degree within the last 3 years, or 5 years in the case of people with disabilities.
• You have an interest in systems, applications, and problem-solving.
• You have a good level of Spanish and English.
• You have a Class B driver's license.
• You are available to travel within the assigned territory.
• You have flexibility in your working hours according to the needs of the service.

• Basic knowledge of SQL, databases, Windows Server, HL7, or ASTM will be valued.

• Paid internship contract for 1 year, with the possibility of extension for an additional year.
• Full-time schedule of 39 hours per week.
• Technical training and professional development.
• Mentoring and support during the program.
• Participation in real projects with clients.
• Practical experience with systems, applications, and digital solutions in hospital and laboratory environments.
• Company car for positions that require travel.
• Exposure to different Customer Support teams.

Dentro del Programa On en Roche 2026, buscamos incorporar una persona recién graduada al equipo de Field Service IT en Madrid.

Durante el programa aprenderás a dar soporte a las soluciones digitales y sistemas de información de Roche instalados en hospitales y laboratorios, acompañado/a por profesionales con experiencia y con un itinerario estructurado de formación y mentoría.

Participarás en actividades como:

• Configuración, mantenimiento y soporte de sistemas y aplicaciones.
• Resolución de incidencias técnicas.
• Soporte a sistemas instalados en entornos de laboratorio.
• Revisión y seguimiento de la calidad operativa de los sistemas.
• Formación y soporte a clientes.
• Documentación de actividades e instalaciones en CRM.
• Colaboración con otros equipos técnicos y de Customer Support.
• Participación en iniciativas de mejora continua y optimización del servicio.

A medida que avances en el programa, irás adquiriendo mayor autonomía y responsabilidad.

Nos gustaría conocerte si:

• Has finalizado recientemente un Grado en Informática, Ingeniería IT, Ingeniería Biomédica, Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Técnica o una disciplina similar.
• Has terminado la titulación habilitante dentro de los últimos 3 años, o 5 años en el caso de personas con discapacidad.
• Tienes interés por sistemas, aplicaciones y resolución de problemas.
• Tienes un buen nivel de español e inglés.
• Dispones de permiso de conducir B.
• Tienes disponibilidad para desplazarte dentro del territorio asignado.
• Cuentas con flexibilidad horaria en función de las necesidades del servicio.

• Se valorarán conocimientos básicos de SQL, bases de datos, Windows Server, HL7 o ASTM.

• Contrato laboral de prácticas remunerado de 1 año, con posibilidad de ampliación por un año adicional.
• Jornada completa de 39 horas semanales.
• Formación técnica y desarrollo profesional.
• Mentoría y acompañamiento durante el programa.
• Participación en proyectos reales con clientes.
• Experiencia práctica con sistemas, aplicaciones y soluciones digitales en entornos hospitalarios y de laboratorio.
• Coche de empresa para las posiciones que requieran desplazamientos.
• Exposición a diferentes equipos de Customer Support.
