What will you do?
Corporate Finance is part of the Deal Advisory area, where we provide specialized independent financial advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, both domestically and cross-border. We are looking for people with at least two years of prior experience in financial advisory services, to join our Corporate Finance department in Galicia (offices available in Vigo and A Coruña).
This team, which has advised on more than 50 transactions in the last 3 years, is highly recognized in both the domestic and international middle-market.
Role and responsibilities:
1. Participation in the execution of buy-side and sell-side mandates for Corporates, Private Equity, and family businesses
2. Development of financial models and detailed financial analysis
3. Drafting of Teasers, Information Memorandums, and other documents common in M&A processes
4. Managing day-to-day relationships with clients and other advisors
5. Preparing pitches for potential clients and supporting senior team members in the firm's business development activities through detailed analysis of companies and sectors
What do you need to know?
University degree in Economics and/or Business Administration, or an equivalent or additional qualification from a prestigious business school
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Auditing.
Knowledge of financial modeling and valuations
Professional proficiency in the MS Office environment, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Very high level of English, both spoken and written
Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, developed communication skills, and the ability to work in a team
High level of initiative and autonomy

Corporate Finance forma parte del área de Deal Advisory, desde donde prestamos servicios especializados de asesoramiento financiero independiente en fusiones y adquisiciones, tanto a nivel nacional como cross-border. Buscamos personas con experiencia previa de al menos dos años en asesoramiento en servicios de asesoramiento financiero, para incorporar en nuestro departamento de Corporate Finance en Galicia (oficinas disponibles en Vigo y A Coruña).
Este equipo, que ha asesorado más de 50 transacciones en los últimos 3 años, cuenta con un gran reconocimiento en el middle-market tanto nacional como extranjero.
Rol y responsabilidades:
1.Participación en la ejecución de mandatos de venta y compra para Corporates, Private Equity y empresa familiar
2.Elaboración de modelos y análisis financieros detallados
3.Redacción de Teasers, Information Memorandum y otros documentos habituales en procesos de M&A
4.Gestión de la relación diaria con clientes y otros asesores
5.Preparación de pitches a posibles clientes y apoyo al equipo senior en el desarrollo de las actividades comerciales de la firma a través del análisis detallado de compañías y sectores
¿Qué necesitas saber?
Titulación Superior en Ciencias Económicas y/o Empresariales, o Titulación equivalente o adicional en Escuela de Negocios de reconocido prestigio
Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en Corporate Finance, Transaction Services o Auditoría.
Conocimientos de modelización financiera y valoraciones
Manejo a nivel profesional del entorno MS Office, incluyendo Excel, Word y Powerpoint
Nivel muy alto de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito
Atención al detalle, alta capacidad de análisis, habilidades de comunicación desarrolladas y capacidad para trabajar en equipo
Alto nivel de iniciativa y autonomía
