Liaise with external suppliers and service providers to ensure efficient office operations.
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and business partners attending meetings with the CEO.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and operational challenges, proactively proposing solutions.
Support special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
