At Adecco, we are recruiting an Executive Assistant & General Services Technician to join a multinational energy company with a strong presence in Spain and an international working environment.
The position is part of the People & Country Services area and combines support functions for Management, General Services management, and administrative support. Executive Assistant
- Coordinate the organization of committees and management meetings.
- Manage agendas, commitments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize and coordinate business trips.

- Receive and attend to institutional and corporate visitors.
- Manage expenses, orders, documentation, and other administrative tasks related to executive activity.
General Services:
- Monitor and coordinate general office services.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Manage and resolve issues related to facilities and services, coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
- Monitor vehicles, properties, and real estate, especially regarding legal requirements and occupational health and safety (PRL).
- Keep documentation and records associated with services up to date.
Administrative and cross-functional support:
- Handle phone calls and corporate communications.
- Manage transportation and accommodation bookings for employees.
- Collaborate in organizing corporate events, committees, and internal meetings.
- Prepare reports and supporting documentation.
- Manage, classify, and archive documentation.

What are we looking for?
- Training in Secretariat, Administration, Business Management, or similar, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Advanced English, both spoken and written.
- Advanced French, both spoken and written.
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
- Experience in managing agendas, meetings, and travel.
- Experience in General Services, Office Management, Facilities, or supplier coordination.
Operational, organized, proactive, and decisive profile.

- Friday: 7-hour workday, with flexible entry between 8:00 and 8:30 a.m. and exit between 3:00 and 3:30 p.m.
- Intensive workday: last 5 business days of June, all of July and August, and first 5 business days of September, with the established Friday schedule.

Desde Adecco seleccionamos un/a Técnico/a de Apoyo a Dirección y Servicios Generales para incorporarse a una compañía multinacional de referencia del sector energético, con una sólida presencia en España y un entorno de trabajo internacional.
La posición se integra dentro del área de People & Country Services y combina funciones de apoyo a Dirección, gestión de Servicios Generales y soporte administrativo/a transversal. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Apoyo a Dirección
-Coordinar la organización de comités y reuniones de Dirección.
-Gestionar agendas, reuniones, compromisos y desplazamientos.
-Organizar y coordinar viajes profesionales.
-Actuar como punto de apoyo y filtro de las comunicaciones dirigidas a Dirección.
-Recibir y atender visitas institucionales y corporativas.
-Gestionar gastos, pedidos, documentación y otras tareas administrativas vinculadas a el/la actividad directivo/a.
Servicios Generales:
-Realizar el seguimiento y coordinación de los servicios generales de las oficinas.
-Velar por el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos internos.
-Gestionar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con instalaciones y servicios, coordinando con proveedores/as y áreas internas.
-Realizar el seguimiento de vehículos, instalaciones e inmuebles, especialmente en materia de requisitos legales y PRL.
-Mantener actualizada la documentación y registros asociados a los servicios.
Soporte administrativo/a y transversal:
-Atención de llamadas y comunicaciones corporativas.
-Gestión de reservas de transporte y alojamiento para empleados/as.
-Colaboración en la organización de eventos corporativos, conferencias y reuniones internas.
-Elaboración de informes y documentación de soporte.
-Gestión, clasificación y archivo de documentación.
-Coordinación de determinadas gestiones relacionadas con la salud laboral.
¿Qué buscamos?
-Formación en Secretariado, Administración, Gestión Empresarial o similar, o experiencia profesional equivalente.
-Mínimo 3 años de experiencia realizando funciones similares.
-Inglés alto, hablado y escrito.
-Francés alto, hablado y escrito.
-Usuario avanzado de Microsoft Office.
-Experiencia en gestión de agendas, reuniones y viajes.
-Experiencia en Servicios Generales, Office Management, Facilities o coordinación de proveedores/as.
Perfil operativo, organizado, proactivo y resolutivo.
-Se valorará experiencia con SAP, especialmente en módulos logísticos y financieros.
