El lugar de empleo será en nuestra oficina del centro de Madrid, con un horario de jornada completa e intensiva, dependiendo de la época del año, yteletrabajo varios días a la semana.

Los requisitos quebuscamos son: Sólida experiencia con Arquitecturas de datos modernas (Data Lake / Lakehouse) en infraestructura Cloud . Consolidados conocimientos en herramientas de Integración de datos ETL (ODI, DataStage, Databricks) y Modelado de datos avanzado , herramientas de metadatos y catálogos (Irion), procesamiento cuántico de datos, y estructura de datos para facilitar el acceso a los datos mediante IA (RAG y con agentes).Conocimiento de herramientas de BI (Power BI, Cognos, Business Objects)
Consolidada experiencia y conocimientos en el Marco de gobernanza de datos : Gestión de la calidad, linaje de datos y metadatos, catálogo y Conocimientos funcionales en el sector seguros : Procesos(ciclo de vida de la póliza, reclamaciones,datos de clientes y técnicos, actuariales y financieros). y Normativa (NIIF 17, Solvencia II, Gestión de riesgos)
Serás responsable de definir y desarrollar la arquitectura de datos de todo el grupo, garantizando la coherencia, la escalabilidad y la gobernanza en apoyo de la Estrategia de Datos. Este rol asegura que los datos se conviertan en un activo estratégico, que respalde: La toma de decisiones empresariales basadas en datos, el cumplimiento normativo (p. ej., NIIF 17, Solvencia II, RGPD) y la habilitación de análisis avanzados e IA (RAG y Agentica)
