Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Higher education degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electromechanical, Energy, HVAC engineering, or a related field.
More than 10 years of experience in technical engineering roles, projects, or complex systems.
Relevant experience in the HVAC, construction, technical installations, or industrial projects sector.
Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and international environments.
Experience creating, developing, or transforming departments, processes, or technical organizations.
Strong knowledge of HVAC solution design and project management.
Entrepreneurial profile, with the ability to build structures and generate influence within complex organizations.
High level of English is essential.
Willingness to travel regularly across Europe, especially during the initial phase of the project.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
