We are looking for a person to join the real estate asset management team, an Engineer with the following duties
Monitor and manage each phase of a project, ensuring optimal compliance in terms of time and quality.
Support the project manager in gathering the necessary information for the process of finding the best location to develop the projects.
Support the project manager in managing and recording contract closings with suppliers.
Support the monitoring and supervision of the design and construction process of different proposals, analyzing the information contained in blueprints and on-site situations to prepare reports for the project manager.
Monitor the execution of the work to ensure its proper completion.
Review and analyze the information contained in the engineering blueprints.
Create and validate the technical requirements for the warehouses.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors during the execution of the project.
Manage and monitor projects by applying the appropriate methodology (Waterfall, Waterfall Light, or Agile).
Manage the necessary documentation for the different projects.
Attend periodic meetings to gather and synthesize information obtained from project suppliers.
Study the feasibility of the different projects by applying the available ratios (NPV, IRR, PAYBACK).
Work location: Madrid, Barajas area
Permanent contract with a 2-month probationary period.
40-hour working week.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (with a lunch break)
and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Annual gross salary of €34,000 plus a variable bonus of €4,000.
Remote work 1 day per week (Friday).

At least 2 years of experience in civil works and building management,
in land acquisition and its subsequent development, and in coordinating
multiple projects simultaneously.
Higher education in architecture, building, civil engineering,
industrial engineering, public works engineering, or similar.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Jira and AutoCAD.
B2 level of English.
Availability to travel nationally.
Knowledge of the transportation and parcel delivery sector, or logistics, is a plus.

Apoyar en el seguimiento de la supervisión del proceso de diseño y construcción de diferentes propuestas de los proyectos, análisis de la información contenida en planos y situaciones en visitas de obra para facilitar informes al/la directora/a de proyecto.
Monitorizar la ejecución de la obra para su correcta ejecución.
Revisar y analizar la información contenida en los planos de ingeniería.
Crear y validar los/las requisitos técnicos/as constructivos para las naves.
Coordinar y gestionar las subcontratas durante la ejecución del proyecto.
Gestionar y monitorizar los proyectos aplicando la metodología correcta (Waterfall, Waterfall Light o Agile).
Gestionar la documentación necesaria en los diferentes proyectos.
Asistir a reuniones periódicas para recoger y sintetizar la información obtenida por parte de los/las proveedores/as del proyecto.
Estudiar la viabilidad de los diferentes proyectos mediante la aplicación de las diferentes ratios disponibles (VAN, TIR, PAYBACK)
Centro de trabajo: Madrid zona Barajas
Contrato indefinido con periodo de prueba de 2 meses.
Jornada de 40 horas semanales.
Horario: de lunes a jueves de 8:30 a 18:30 (con descanso para comer)
y viernes de 8:00 a 14:00 horas.
Salario bruto anual de 34.000 € y variable de 4.000 €.
Teletrabajo 1 día a la semana (viernes).

Experiencia de, al menos, 2 años en gestión de obra civil y edificación,
en captación de suelo y su posterior desarrollo, y en la coordinación de
múltiples proyectos en paralelo.
Estudios superiores en arquitectura, edificación, ingeniería civil,
ingeniería industrial, ingeniería en obras públicas o similar.
Conocimientos altos en Microsoft Office.
Conocimientos en Jira y Autocad.
Nivel B2 de inglés.
Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel nacional.
Valorable conocimientos del sector de transporte y paquetería, o logística
