🧩 Define and implement quality standards for electronic systems (HW/SW, sensors, connectivity).

🛠️ Apply Design for Quality (DfQ) principles from the early stages of development.
🚨 Lead root cause analysis of field failures, complaints, and returns.
🌍 Coordinate global teams (R&D, plants, suppliers) to ensure robust solutions.
🏭 Ensure quality of electronic suppliers (qualification, audits, RoHS/CE compliance).
🧪 Define testing standards (functional, reliability, environmental, connectivity, software).
📊 Monitor quality KPIs (failures, warranty, CoQ) using tools such as SAP QM and Power BI.
🔄 Drive continuous improvement initiatives globally.
🤝 Internal and external relations

Buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Calidad Electrónica para reforzar cómo se define, integra y garantiza la calidad en los productos electrónicos de Roca Group a nivel global.
Este rol es clave para asegurar que nuestros productos inteligentes sean robustos, fiables y diseñados correctamente desde el inicio.
🔎 Responsabilidades principales
🧩 Definir e implementar estándares de calidad para sistemas electrónicos (HW/SW, sensores, conectividad).
🚀 Asegurar la calidad en lanzamientos de nuevos productos (NPL), incluyendo validaciones, ensayos y revisiones de industrialización.
🛠️ Aplicar principios de Design for Quality (DfQ) desde las fases iniciales de desarrollo.
🚨 Liderar análisis de causa raíz de fallos en campo, reclamaciones y retornos.
🌍 Coordinar equipos globales (I+D, plantas, proveedores) para garantizar soluciones robustas.
