We're looking for a junior to mid-level Ecommerce & Performance Specialist to support our Ecommerce & Performance team's day-to-day operations. This isn't a strategy role. It's an execution role for someone who can get hundreds of small things done fast, accurately and with a sharp eye for detail.
You'll turn the team's briefs into live campaigns, correctly configured products and a storefront that's always up to date. Your work will have a direct impact on how quickly the team can launch campaigns, test ideas and drive sales.

●Build campaigns and ads in Meta Ads Manager.
●Set up campaigns in TikTok Ads Manager.
●Duplicate campaigns.

●Turn ads on and off.
●Check UTMs, naming conventions and tracking.
●Publish products.
●Configure variants.
●Manage pricing.
●Create collections.
●Organise tags.
●Optimise basic on-page SEO for product listings.
●Keep the catalogue constantly up to date.
●Check that everything is correctly published before every launch.
●Catch errors before they reach the customer.
●Coordinate with Design, Content and Performance to hit deadlines.
●Automate repetitive processes.
●Reduce errors.
●Save the team time.
●Propose better ways of working.
●0-3 years of experience in Ecommerce or Performance Marketing.
●Extremely organised.
●Strong attention to detail, with good judgement for catching errors before anything goes live.
●Able to manage many tasks at once.
●Resourceful, solutions-first mindset.
●Fast learner.
●Able to follow established processes.
●Fluent Spanish, professional-level English, French, Italian or German is a bonus
