Main duties
Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven recommendations.
Design and deliver training, webinars, and information sessions aimed at sellers.
Create educational materials, guides, and support content for training programs.
Support sellers in the adoption of best practices and new initiatives.
Collaborate with business, operations, and e-commerce teams to drive improvement projects.

Participate in projects related to Seller Engagement, Customer Success, and business development.
Convert complex information into clear, practical, and results-oriented messages.

Formarás parte de un equipo internacional enfocado en el desarrollo y crecimiento de vendedores/as dentro de un entorno marketplace.
Tu objetivo será ayudar a los sellers a mejorar su rendimiento mediante el análisis de datos, la identificación de oportunidades de crecimiento y la realización de sesiones formativas y acciones de engagement.
Funciones principales
Analizar KPIs y métricas de rendimiento para identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento.
Elaborar informes, presentaciones y recomendaciones basadas en datos.
Diseñar e impartir formaciones, webinars y sesiones informativas dirigidas a vendedores/as.
Crear materiales educativos, guías y contenidos de apoyo para programas de capacitación.
