REQUISITOS
Buscamos un/a profesional con
experiencia contrastada en el sector asegurador , orientación a resultados, capacidad de liderazgo y clara vocación comercial.
Será responsable de:
Dirigir, coordinar y supervisar el equipo humano de la oficina, impulsando su desarrollo y asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos.
Gestionar la actividad diaria de la oficina, garantizando un funcionamiento eficiente y un alto nivel de servicio al cliente.
Alcanzar los objetivos comerciales, de crecimiento y de rentabilidad, responsabilizándose de la cuenta de explotación de la oficina.
Desarrollar la estrategia comercial para incrementar el volumen de negocio.
Captar nuevo negocio tanto a través de la red de colaboradores como mediante la prospección directa de empresas y particulares.
Apoyar, motivar y acompañar a la red comercial en la captación y desarrollo de negocio.
Ampliar y consolidar la red de colaboradores de la zona.
Identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y establecer relaciones comerciales duraderas con clientes y empresas.
