As Director of Solution Management, you will define and own the strategy for integrated, end-to-end solutions across Straumann Group's portfolio. This role connects individual product strategies into cohesive, scalable and customer-focused solutions that deliver measurable value for customers and the business.
Working as a peer to Product Management Directors, you will orchestrate complex, multidisciplinary solutions across domains such as data acquisition, surgical, restorative, manufacturing and digital platforms. You will bring a holistic view across product domains and business units, helping teams align priorities, manage dependencies and evolve products as part of one coherent solution ecosystem.
This is a strategic role for someone who can combine portfolio thinking, customer insight, solution design and cross-functional collaboration to shape how integrated solutions are delivered and adopted across the organization.
You bring a combination of strategic product management, solution leadership, cross-functional orchestration and customer-focused business experience.
You are successful in this role if you can create clarity across complexity and help teams move from individual product perspectives to integrated, customer-focused solutions. You are comfortable working across organizational boundaries, aligning stakeholders around shared priorities and turning strategic opportunities into actionable solution plans.
You bring curiosity, sound judgment and a collaborative working style. You focus on measurable customer and business outcomes, challenge existing boundaries when it improves value, and use feedback to continuously improve solutions. You will thrive in this role if you enjoy shaping strategy, connecting people and ideas, and enabling innovation across a broad solution ecosystem.
