Product Designer Trainees at North work across boundaries, owning all design aspects of entire projects throughout research to user experience and visual design. They are deeply user-centered, and enjoy spending time understanding user needs and business goals as much as crafting a creative solution.
Working together with Product Managers to understand business goals and key metrics and define how they translate to design.
Collaborating closely together with clients, through rounds of feedback.
Creating prototypes and designing high-fidelity interactions.
Keeping an extraordinary level of attention to detail at every step of the process to provide an outstanding execution from conceptual thinking to interaction and visual design.
A hybrid work from home/office system with a flexible time schedule depending on your university or school's practicum agreement.
Macbook Pro 13" or similar.
Legendary social events & parties to let off some steam.

Understanding of prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite...
Understanding of design rationale and UX & UI principles.
Effective, confident and concise written and verbal communication skills (Spanish, English is a plus).
