Liderazgo del equipo interno: mentorizar y coordinar el trabajo diario de los diseñadores inhouse, asignando prioridades y garantizando la calidad del trabajo, en un entorno colaborativo.
Gestión de la externalización: Seleccionar, negociar, coordinar y supervisar a agencias externas para campañas especiales, picos de producción o necesidades específicas.
Estrategia y producción digital: Supervisar el flujo endtoend de producción de piezas digitales (vídeo, UGC, plantillas para creatividad dinámica, banners estáticos, etc.)
Consistencia visual y de marca: Velar por la coherencia del Design System y la identidad visual de la marca en todos los puntos de contacto digitales.
Optimización y trabajo con Performance: Trabajar mano a mano con el equipo de Growth/Marketing digital para iterar creatividades basándose en datos, test A/B y métricas de rendimiento.
Experiencia previa: experiencia en roles de liderazgo creativo, dirección de arte y producción digital, combinando producción, gestión de equipo y gestión de proveedores externos.
Portfolio / Reel Digital: Imprescindible presentar un porfolio que demuestre liderazgo en proyectos digitales, dirección de arte y piezas orientadas a conversión.
Formación: Grado en Diseño Digital, Publicidad, Comunicación Audiovisual, Multimedia, Bellas Artes o experiencia profesional equivalente. Conocimientos de Dirección de Creatividad.
