DevOps Infrastructure Engineer en Madrid, España

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing technical team in Madrid. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you'll work with cutting-edge technologies to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll collaborate with development teams to automate processes, improve system reliability, and optimize infrastructure costs.

Who are we looking for

We're looking for a skilled professional with a strong background in infrastructure management and cloud technologies. You should have extensive experience with Linux/Unix systems, containerization platforms, and Infrastructure as Code principles. A proactive mindset, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for continuous improvement are essential. You must be fluent in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with our diverse teams. Your experience should demonstrate your ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in fast-paced environments.

Skills and competencies

• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
• Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting
• CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
• Monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog)
• Database administration and optimization
• Network configuration and security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Proven track record of successfully managing production environments. Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus. Valid work authorization in Spain.
