En Logicalis Spain buscamos incorporar un/a DevOps Engineer para formar parte de nuestro pool de servicios gestionados, participando en la operación, evolución y automatización de plataformas críticas basadas en contenedores y CI/CD.

Buscamos una persona con experiencia en gestión de plataformas Kubernetes, automatización y CI/CD, pero también con capacidad para liderar técnicamente, organizar prioridades, coordinarse con diferentes equipos y asumir ownership sobre los servicios.

La persona seleccionada trabajará en entornos híbridos, on-premise y cloud, asegurando la disponibilidad, estabilidad, seguridad y rendimiento de las plataformas, así como la mejora continua de los procesos de operación y despliegue.

Funciones del puesto:

Administrar, operar y evolucionar plataformas de contenedores como Kubernetes, OpenShift, AKS y/o EKS
Diseñar y mantener procesos de automatización y operación Day 2, reduciendo tareas manuales y mejorando la eficiencia operativa
Automatizar infraestructura y configuración mediante Ansible, Helm y Terraform
Desarrollar scripts y herramientas de automatización utilizando Python y Shell Script
Diseñar, mantener y optimizar pipelines de CI/CD con herramientas como Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions y ArgoCD
Gestionar despliegues, upgrades, configuraciones, backups, troubleshooting y resolución de incidencias complejas
Monitorizar la salud, capacidad, rendimiento y disponibilidad de las plataformas
Analizar problemas de forma proactiva y participar en la definición de acciones preventivas y de mejora
Trabajar estrechamente con equipos de Desarrollo, Infraestructura, Seguridad y Operaciones
Participar en la definición y aplicación de estándares de operación, seguridad, automatización y documentación
Asumir un papel de referente técnico, ayudando a otros miembros del equipo y aportando criterio en la toma de decisiones
Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua y evolución tecnológica de las plataformas gestionadas

Conocimientos imprescindibles

Experiencia senior en DevOps, Platform Engineering o SRE, preferiblemente en entornos de servicios gestionados
Experiencia sólida administrando y operando Kubernetes y/o OpenShift en entornos productivos
Conocimientos avanzados de CI/CD y experiencia real con herramientas como Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD o similares
Experiencia con Git y metodologías de integración y despliegue continuo
Experiencia en automatización Day 2, gestión de configuraciones e infraestructura como código
Buen dominio de Ansible, Helm y Terraform
Capacidad de scripting y automatización con Python y/o Shell Script
Experiencia trabajando en entornos híbridos, on-premise y cloud
Capacidad para realizar troubleshooting de problemas complejos en plataformas distribuidas y contenerizadas
Buenas capacidades de comunicación, organización y trabajo con diferentes equipos
Mentalidad orientada a la automatización, mejora continua y calidad del servicio

Conocimientos deseables

Experiencia con soluciones de backup y recuperación para Kubernetes, como Velero o Kasten
Conocimientos de almacenamiento en plataformas de contenedores como ODF, Rook/Ceph, CSI, etc.
Experiencia con AWS, Microsoft Azure y/o Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experiencia con soluciones de monitorización y observabilidad como Prometheus y Grafana
Conocimientos de plataformas de logging como Elastic Stack / Elasticsearch
Conocimientos de seguridad aplicada a contenedores y plataformas Kubernetes
Experiencia en entornos de alta disponibilidad y producción 24x7
Experiencia previa en liderazgo técnico, coordinación de equipos o gestión de servicios
