Desde SOTEC Consulting – Grupo Astek buscamos un/a DevOps Engineer con al menos 3 años de experiencia para trabajar con tecnologías modernas de cloud y DevOps, participación en iniciativas de modernización de plataformas, modelo de trabajo híbrido, cultura de ingeniería colaborativa y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.
Operaciones de Plataforma e Infraestructura: Gestionar entornos Linux, dar soporte a cargas de trabajo basadas en Docker y Podman, resolver incidencias en producción, apoyar despliegues híbridos en la nube y garantizar la estabilidad de la plataforma.
Automatización e Ingeniería DevOps: Desarrollar automatizaciones en Bash, mejorar los pipelines de CI/CD y dar soporte a la automatización de infraestructura.
Monitorización y Observabilidad: Mantener soluciones de monitorización, registro de eventos (logging), paneles de control (dashboards), alertas y telemetría.
Conocimientos prácticos de Linux.
Experiencia con tecnologías de contenedores como Docker y Podman.
Dominio avanzado de Bash, con capacidad para leer y escribir scripts complejos.
Familiaridad con los productos y servicios de AWS, así como experiencia en la ejecución de despliegues híbridos entre nubes privadas y públicas.
Conocimientos básicos de redes, suficientes para diagnosticar problemas relacionados con interfaces de red, enrutamiento y rendimiento de la red.
Familiaridad con una amplia gama de herramientas de CI/CD (por ejemplo, Jenkins, TeamCity y Ansible) y plataformas de observabilidad y monitorización (por ejemplo, Grafana, Tempo, Loki y Prometheus). Experiencia en desarrollo con C# o Java, con conocimiento del entorno de ejecución .NET/JVM; o, de forma más general, experiencia en la gestión y operación de aplicaciones.
Conocimiento de la gestión de CPU y memoria en Linux.
Experiencia en la migración de grandes sistemas heredados (legacy).
Experiencia en el diseño y construcción de pipelines de despliegue complejos.
Participación en proyectos innovadores y de alto impacto.
Entorno internacional y colaboración con equipos globales.
