About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic cloud infrastructure team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure using cutting-edge technologies. You will work closely with development teams to streamline our deployment pipelines, optimize system performance, and ensure high availability and security of our platforms. Who are we looking for

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with 4+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. You should have a strong background in containerization technologies, CI/CD pipeline development, and infrastructure as code. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, has excellent problem-solving skills, and demonstrates a proactive approach to system reliability and performance. We seek someone who thrives in collaborative environments, enjoys mentoring junior team members, and stays current with emerging technologies in the DevOps ecosystem. You should have experience working in agile teams and be comfortable with continuous learning and improvement methodologies.

Skills and competencies

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms
• Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Deep knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Expertise in CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms
• Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting (Bash, Python)
• Experience with monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, ELK Stack, or Datadog
• Solid understanding of networking, security best practices, and firewall management
• Version control systems proficiency (Git)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
