About the role
We are looking for a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic technology team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment pipelines, optimal system performance, and high availability across our enterprise applications. Your expertise will be crucial in modernizing our infrastructure and implementing automation solutions that drive operational excellence.
Who are we looking for
We are seeking a professional with 4+ years of experience in DevOps and cloud infrastructure management. You should have a strong background in containerization technologies, orchestration platforms, and Infrastructure as Code principles. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex technical challenges. You must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Experience in agile environments and a commitment to continuous learning are essential attributes we value.
Skills and competencies
Advanced proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker containerization
Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)
Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development and GitLab/GitHub Actions
Linux system administration and shell scripting expertise
Database management and optimization skills
Monitoring and logging solutions (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana)
Networking fundamentals and security best practices
Python or Go programming capabilities
