About the role
We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our Infrastructure Operations team in Spain. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You'll work with modern technologies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you'll play a critical role in supporting our growing platform.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in infrastructure management and cloud technologies. You should have experience with containerization, orchestration, and Infrastructure as Code. The ideal candidate is proactive, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about automating processes to improve efficiency. You must be fluent in Spanish and English to communicate effectively with our diverse team.
Skills and competencies
Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration
Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)
Expertise in CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance
Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting
Monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Grafana)
Networking fundamentals and security best practices
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
Fluent Spanish and English language skills

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering roles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience). Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies. Experience with at least one major cloud provider. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
