About the role
We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic technology team in Madrid. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with development teams to automate deployment processes, optimize system performance, and ensure seamless integration across our microservices architecture. Your expertise will be crucial in scaling our applications to support millions of users worldwide while maintaining the highest standards of reliability and security.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for a professional with 4-6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices. You should have a strong background in containerization, orchestration, and Infrastructure-as-Code principles. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation, has excellent problem-solving skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex technical challenges while mentoring junior team members. Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English are essential for this role.
Skills and competencies
Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or Bash)
Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, ELK Stack, Datadog)
Understanding of networking concepts and security best practices
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
