技能要求:
1、熟练掌握 Kubernetes (k8s) 容器编排、容器化技术(如 Docker)及微服务架构的部署、运维、监控与故障排除。
2、熟练掌握相关的 CI/CD 工具链(如 Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD 等)和 DevOps 实践。
3、熟练掌握 Linux/Unix 系统管理,熟悉常见应用运维监控工具(如 Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki 等)和自动化配置管理工具(如 Ansible, Terraform 等)者优先。
4、具备基础的编程能力,至少一种通用编程或脚本语言(如 Python, Go, Shell xqysrnh 等)。
5、熟悉云平台(如 AWS, GCP, Azure 等)的核心服务,具备云环境运维经验。
6、具备数据库(如 MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis 等)的管理经验者优先。
7、良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神,能够高效地与开发团队、测试团队及其他技术部门协作,共同保障系统稳定性和推动持续改进。
