What are we looking for?
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or similar.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Governance, Data Management, Data Risk, Analytics, or Risk Management.
Advanced knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Python, Scala, or similar technologies.
Experience in the design and implementation of data governance policies and models.
Experience in defining data quality controls and information testing.
Ability to manage projects and teams.
Client-oriented profile, with good communication and leadership skills.

We will value:
Experience in the financial or insurance sector. Knowledge of frameworks and standards such as DAMA/DMBOK, DCAM, COBIT, or ISO 38500.
Experience in regulatory compliance (GDPR, Solvency, or other regulatory frameworks).
Certifications such as PL-300, AZ-900, or equivalents.
High level of English.

What will you do?
You will be part of projects related to data governance, data quality, internal control, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with business, technology, and risk profiles

Your main responsibilities will include

• Collaborate on projects involving the definition, implementation, and review of Data Governance models
• Evaluate the effectiveness of Data Governance and Data Quality controls
• Advise clients on the management and control of risks associated with data
• Supervise reporting and visualization initiatives using tools such as Power BI
• Perform data analysis and testing using automated auditing tools and techniques
• Define improvement recommendations and action plans
• Participate in regulatory compliance and data risk management projects
• Collaborate with Chief Technology Officers, Chief Data Officers, and heads of Risk and Innovation
