We are looking for a Data Science Specialist profile, whose main mission will be to take part in the complete lifecycle of our Machine Learning projects and the automation of critical business processes. Requirements.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of demonstrable prior experience in Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering or development of end-to-end analytical solutions.
Education: Degree in Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or an equivalent quantitative discipline.
Cross-functional skills: Strong communication skills, ability to manage and monitor projects, explanatory capability and a mindset oriented toward pragmatic problem-solving.
Predictive modeling: Hands-on experience using Neural Networks, Random Forest, Embeddings and similar algorithms.
Technical foundation: Good level of Python and SQL. Ability to read third-party code, perform reviews and identify operational improvement points.

Prior experience dealing with vendors, consultancies or taking on technical coordination tasks.

Requisitos.
Experiencia: Mínimo 2 años de experiencia previa demostrable en roles de Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering o desarrollo de soluciones analíticas end-to-end.
Formación: Grado en Física, Matemáticas, Estadística, Ingeniería o disciplina cuantitativa equivalente.
Habilidades transversales: Altas dotes de comunicación, habilidad para la gestión y seguimiento de proyectos, capacidad divulgativa y mentalidad orientada a la resolución pragmática de problemas.
Modelado predictivo: Experiencia práctica en el uso de Redes Neuronales, Random Forest, Embeddings y algoritmos similares.
Base técnica: Buen nivel de Python y SQL. Capacidad para leer código de terceros, realizar revisiones y detectar puntos de mejora operativos.
Requisito Valorrables.
Experiencia previa en la industria del Retail o e-commerce.
Experiencia previa tratando con proveedores, consultoras o asumiendo tareas de coordinación técnica.
Conocimientos prácticos en proyectos de Machine Learning y uso de herramientas de IA Generativa.
