A Pricing Data Scientist, who helps us to predict the likelihood and potential risk and costs of future claims as well as optimal conversion rates.
As our Pricing Data Scientist, you will work closely with talented colleagues on the latest technology. With the pricing & analytics team, you will dynamically adjust our Spanish pricing models, utilize market data and perform conversion analysis to optimize profitability. This role requires meticulous data analysis and management, aimed at identifying market trends, detecting potential fraud, and enhancing pricing accuracy through statistical modeling, using both classical and AI methods.
You will develop alert systems and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing insightful reports on pricing strategies and work from our Spanish and Dutch office.
10+ years hands-on experience as (pricing) actuary in the Spanish P&C market with a focus on commercial pricing in car insurance (experience within a digital insurance model is a plus).
You will work hybrid – partly from home and occasionally on site in the Netherlands in a cozy office in the middle of the forest with a restaurant (plus a sunny terrace in summer!) You will be part of InShared's Pricing & Analytics team as well as the team focused on the Spanish market. All you need to apply is a resume (in English).
