Data Manager Trabajarás de forma transversal con todas las áreas de la compañía, impulsando la calidad, consistencia y gobernanza del dato en un entorno de transformación tecnológica y unificación de ERPs. La organización está unificando los distintos ERPs de sus plantas productivas en Dynamics 365, sentando las bases para una gestión integrada del dato y el desarrollo de futuras plataformas analíticas. Diseñar e implantar el modelo corporativo de Gobierno del Dato. Garantizar la calidad, consistencia y disponibilidad de los datos críticos del negocio. Coordinar y acompañar a los Data Owners de las diferentes áreas funcionales. Definir políticas, estándares, procedimientos y métricas de calidad del dato. Liderar iniciativas de Master Data Management, especialmente en datos de producto. Participar en proyectos de armonización e integración de datos entre plantas y sistemas. Actuar como punto de unión entre negocio, IT y responsables de procesos. Colaborar en el desarrollo futuro de capacidades analíticas y reporting basadas en Power BI y tecnologías Microsoft. Lidera la estrategia corporativa de Gobierno del Dato. Impacto en la transformación digital del negocio de una compañia referente. Ubicación: Alicante o alrededores. Experiencia de al menos 4-5 años en entornos de datos. Experiencia sólida en Gobierno del Dato, Data Quality, MDM o Data Stewardship. Conocimiento de procesos y modelos de gestión del dato. Experiencia trabajando con entornos ERP, valorándose especialmente Dynamics 365. Nivel de inglés profesional para colaboración internacional. Perfil con capacidad de liderazgo, influencia y gestión transversal de stakeholders. Autonomía, proactividad y capacidad para impulsar iniciativas sin necesidad de supervisión constante. Muy valorable experiencia en compañías industriales, multi-planta o del sector alimentación. Compañía referente del sector alimentación, inmersa en un ambicioso proceso de transformación digital. Salario fijo competitivo + variable anual. Ubicación: Alicante. Posición estratégica con reporte directo al CIO. Alta visibilidad dentro de la organización.
