Data Expert / Data Analyst | Azure & Synapse | 100% Remoto

Buscamos un/a Data Expert / Data Analyst técnico para incorporarse a un proyecto del sector seguros, trabajando sobre una plataforma de datos basada en Microsoft Azure .
Buscamos un perfil con visión global de plataformas de datos, pero especialmente orientado al análisis técnico y con capacidad hands-on para evolucionar, optimizar y resolver incidencias complejas en entornos de datos.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Diseñar, evolucionar y optimizar soluciones sobre Azure Synapse Analytics y Dedicated SQL Pool .
Desarrollar y mantener procesos de ingesta y orquestación mediante Azure Data Factory y Synapse Pipelines .
Diseñar pipelines parametrizados y procesos metadata-driven .
Desarrollar y optimizar procesos de transformación y carga utilizando SQL, Python y PySpark .
Trabajar con Apache Spark en procesos de datos.
Implementar controles de calidad, reconciliación e idempotencia de los datos.
Analizar y resolver incidencias relacionadas con pipelines, SQL, Spark, almacenamiento y configuración.
Gestionar permisos, identidades y accesos sobre bases de datos y Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 .
Analizar aspectos de conectividad y seguridad mediante Private Endpoint, Private Link y Private DNS .
Gestionar el versionado y despliegue de componentes mediante Git, Azure Repos y Azure DevOps .
Colaborar técnicamente con equipos de datos, infraestructura, BI, seguridad y soporte.
Participar en la mejora de la estabilidad, rendimiento y calidad de la plataforma de datos.
¿Qué buscamos?
+3 años de experiencia en entornos de datos.
Experiencia sólida trabajando con Microsoft Azure .
Conocimientos y experiencia con:
Azure Synapse Analytics / Dedicated SQL Pool
Azure Data Factory / Synapse Pipelines
Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2
SQL / T-SQL
Python y PySpark
Apache Spark
Experiencia en procesos batch, cargas masivas y troubleshooting de plataformas de datos.
Capacidad para analizar problemas técnicos y proponer soluciones.
Perfil analítico, autónomo y con capacidad para trabajar de forma hands-on.
Inglés B2 alto .
Se valorará experiencia en arquitectura de datos , aunque el foco principal será el análisis técnico.
