Definirá patrones de arquitectura para Lakehouse, Warehouse, modelos semánticos, Direct Lake, pipelines, notebooks, Dataflows Gen2 y gobierno del dato.
Establecerá estándares técnicos para proyectos Fabric: workspaces, entornos, naming, seguridad, despliegues, calidad, documentación y operación.
Liderará técnicamente proyectos de implantación, migración y modernización de plataformas de datos.
Tomará decisiones técnicas sobre rendimiento, coste, seguridad, escalabilidad y gobierno.
Guiará técnicamente a perfiles data engineer, BI developer y consultores durante la ejecución.
Ayudará a consolidar una base técnica reutilizable que acelere los proyectos Fabric de Raona.
Participa en proyectos innovadores, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinares y siendo parte activa en la evolución de las soluciones y procesos.
Requisitos
Experiencia senior diseñando e implantando plataformas de datos cloud en producción.
Conocimiento avanzado y demostrable de Microsoft Fabric o del ecosistema Azure Data.
Capacidad hands‑on para construir soluciones con Lakehouse, Warehouse, pipelines, notebooks, modelos semánticos y Power BI.
Conocimiento sólido de arquitectura de datos moderna: medallion, modelos dimensionales, data marts, historificación y cargas incrementales.
Experiencia en optimización de rendimiento y coste (Direct Lake vs Import, particionado, incremental refresh, DAX, control de capacidad).
Conocimiento de Git, CI/CD, deployment pipelines y prácticas de ALM.
Valorable: Snowflake, dbt, Microsoft Purview, migraciones desde entornos legacy, certificaciones Microsoft.
Autonomía y criterio técnico para tomar decisiones de arquitectura y defenderlas.
Capacidad de actuar como referente técnico y guiar a otros perfiles.
Comunicación clara de decisiones técnicas a perfiles técnicos y no técnicos.
Persona con ganas de aprender, aportar ideas y seguir creciendo dentro del mundo tech.
