Requirements
What we're looking for
3–4 years of experience in Data Engineering.
Experience working in Cloud environments.
Solid experience with Snowflake: schema design, tables, and data modeling.
Proficiency in advanced SQL, including complex query optimization, CTEs, analytical functions, and procedures.
Demonstrable experience with DBT: models, macros, tests, documentation, and lineage.
Knowledge and experience in ELT processes.
Experience designing dimensional models: Star Schema and Snowflake Schema.
Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in Agile methodologies.
Minimum B2 English.
Availability to work in a hybrid modality in Madrid, with 2 days on-site.
Nice to have
Knowledge or experience with Python.

The role
At Krell Consulting, we are looking to hire a Data Engineer specialized in Snowflake and DBT to participate in a long-term project within the Industry sector.
We are looking for a middle profile with 3–4 years of experience in Data Engineering and Cloud environments, with solid knowledge in data solutions based on Snowflake and DBT, and a strong orientation toward analytical modeling and efficient data transformation.
What you'll do
Design and development of data solutions on Snowflake.
Schema design, table creation, and data modeling.
Development and optimization of queries using advanced SQL.
Creation of data transformations using DBT.
Development of models, macros, tests, and documentation in DBT.
Management of data lineage and application of ELT best practices.
Design of dimensional models, including Star Schema and Snowflake Schema, oriented toward analytics and reporting.
Participation in Agile work environments.
Use of Git for version control and participation in CI/CD pipelines.
