Data Engineer – Python & AWS
Buscamos un/a Lead Data Engineer con experiencia sólida en Python y AWS para liderar el diseño, estimación y desarrollo de soluciones de ingesta y procesamiento de datos sobre un entorno Data Lake en AWS. La persona se incorporará a un equipo de Data & Analytics, participando tanto en la definición técnica de las soluciones como en la coordinación y seguimiento de su ejecución. Responsabilidades Liderar técnicamente el desarrollo de procesos de ingesta de datos al Data Lake, tanto batch como, cuando aplique, near real-time. Diseñar y desarrollar pipelines de datos utilizando Python y servicios AWS. Analizar nuevas necesidades de ingesta y definir la solución técnica más adecuada. Realizar estimaciones de esfuerzo, planificación técnica y desglose de tareas para nuevas iniciativas. Coordinar y dar soporte técnico al equipo de desarrollo, realizando seguimiento de las entregas. Definir buenas prácticas de desarrollo, calidad de código, testing y observabilidad. Participar en revisiones de código y resolución de incidencias técnicas. Garantizar la calidad, trazabilidad y robustez de los procesos de ingesta. Trabajar conjuntamente con arquitectos, equipos de plataforma, gobierno del dato y consumidores de información. Identificar riesgos técnicos, dependencias y posibles impactos antes de iniciar los desarrollos. Contribuir a la evolución y mejora continua de la plataforma de datos
