Data Analyst en España

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and transforming key data related to automotive sector projects. Your mission will be to convert large volumes of data into clear and actionable insights that support decision-making, process optimization, and overall business performance.

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly analyses using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
• Identify trends, variations, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare advanced reports aligned with KPIs and project requirements
• Maintain, update, and ensure the quality of documentation and reports in tools such as SharePoint and Office365
• Identify patterns in the data and propose corrective actions or optimization opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert insights into concrete actions
• Guarantee compliance with internal standards in reports and dashboards
• Present analyses, conclusions, and relevant information to internal teams and management
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of the analyzed data
• Propose continuous improvements in processes, methodologies, and analysis workflows

• Communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams
• Problem-solving approach for complex issues
• Ability to manage priorities and work with tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
• Knowledge of data management systems, data mining, ETL processes, and automated reporting
• Competencies in statistical analysis and performance models
• Demonstrable previous experience as a Data Analyst

• Experience with automation tools (RPA) is a plus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics (desirable)

• Degree in Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent training

• Native Spanish
• English B2 (written and spoken)
