Are you passionate about digital transformation and data? If so, this is your opportunity! At Grupo Adecco, we are looking to add a Data Development Consultant to our Technical Office team for the Sales & Marketing division.
The main mission of the consultant will be to develop the ITO area strategy in digital transformation from a technical point of view, based on business priorities.
Your main duties will be:
-Manage the entire lifecycle of data processes, from collection and integration to analysis and visualization, to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
-Lead data operations within the Microsoft ecosystem, using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Python to ensure seamless integration, comprehensive analysis, and intuitive visualizations.
-Collaborate with clients to design and implement KPI frameworks that enable data-driven decision-making.
-Advise directors on their technology strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
-You will handle the functional design of client IT projects and software development for end-to-end data process automation.
-You will manage the maintenance and administration of the digital implementation catalog.
-You will develop solutions using Low Code on the Microsoft Power Platform.
-You will ensure the implementation plan is delivered on time and in the required form.
-You will be the point of contact for internal and external clients for gathering requirements and presenting IT projects.
-You will provide support, training, and assistance to colleagues, collaborators, and clients on Digital Layer solutions.
-You will manage the economic control of the division's IT investments.

-Upper-intermediate level of English, both spoken and written.
-Experience in managing and executing end-to-end Data Analytics projects in Microsoft PBI.
-Experience in IT or Operations consulting, as a Data analyst, developer, or designer.
-Experience in programming with .NET, R, Python, DAX, Visual Basic, and in developing ETL processes and QA in various projects.
-Experience in preparing and administering infrastructures (MS Azure, FTP, OLAP, etc.).
-Experience in pre-sales as a technical analyst in consultative IT sales for operations.

La principal misión de el/la consultor/a será desarrollar la estrategia del área ITO en transformación digital desde el punto de vista técnico/a en base a las prioridades del negocio.
Tus funciones principales serán:
-Gestionar todo el ciclo de vida de los procesos de datos, desde la recopilación e integración hasta el análisis y la visualización, para ofrecer información accionable que impulse la toma de decisiones estratégicas.
-Dirigir las operaciones de datos dentro del ecosistema Microsoft, utilizando Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI y Python para garantizar una integración fluida, un análisis exhaustivo y visualizaciones intuitivas.
-Colaborar con los clientes para diseñar e implantar marcos de KPIs que permitan una toma de decisiones basada en datos.
-Asesorar a directores/as en sus estrategias tecnológicas para mejorar la eficiencia y el rendimiento.
-Harás el diseño funcional de los proyectos IT de clientes y desarrollo de software para la automatización de procesos de data de punta a punta.
-Gestionarás el mantenimiento y administración del catálogo de implantaciones digitales.
-Desarrollarás soluciones en Low Code en Power Platform de MS.
-Garantizarás la entrega del Plan de Implantaciones en tiempo y forma.
-Tendrás la interlocución con los clientes internos y externos para la toma de requerimientos y presentación de los proyectos IT.
-Realizarás el acompañamiento, capacitación y soporte a los colegas, colaboradores y clientes en las soluciones de Capa Digital.
-Llevarás el control económico de las inversiones IT de la división.
