At Bureau Veritas, we are starting a recruitment process to bring on board a Functional Support Technician and Data Analyst.
You will be part of the process support and improvement team, collaborating with various business areas in data management and analysis, incident tracking, and optimization of corporate tools. Your work will directly contribute to continuous improvement and the organization's digital transformation.
WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
- Provide functional support to users and business teams. - Analyze information and track indicators for preparing reports and dashboards. - Identify, log, and follow up on incidents related to applications and internal processes. - Participate in automating and optimizing tasks using corporate tools. - Maintain and update databases, queries, and reports. - Collaborate on continuous improvement and digital transformation projects. - Prepare functional documentation, procedures, and support materials. - Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to resolve incidents and evolve applications. - Participate in meetings and projects with national and international stakeholders.
- University education or a Higher Level Training Cycle in Computer Science, Systems, Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Previous experience in functional support, data analysis, or application management.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of Python for automation and data processing.
- Experience or knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps).
- Advanced level of Excel. - B2 or higher level of English.
- Knowledge of Tableau.
- Experience with reporting and business analysis tools.
- Knowledge of system integration and data management.
- Experience documenting processes and procedures.
- Experience in multinational environments.

¿QUÉ HARÁS EN TU DÍA A DÍA?
- Dar soporte funcional a usuarios y equipos de negocio. - Analizar información y realizar el seguimiento de indicadores para la elaboración de informes y cuadros de mando. - Identificar, registrar y dar seguimiento a incidencias relacionadas con aplicaciones y procesos internos. - Participar en la automatización y optimización de tareas mediante herramientas corporativas. - Mantener y actualizar bases de datos, consultas e informes. - Colaborar en proyectos de mejora continua y transformación digital. - Elaborar documentación funcional, procedimientos y materiales de soporte. - Coordinarte con equipos técnicos y proveedores para la resolución de incidencias y evolución de aplicaciones. - Participar en reuniones y proyectos con interlocutores nacionales e internacionales.
- Formación universitaria o Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior en Informática, Sistemas, Administración, Ingeniería o áreas afines.
- Experiencia previa en soporte funcional, análisis de datos o gestión de aplicaciones.
- Conocimientos de bases de datos y SQL.
- Conocimientos de Python para automatización y tratamiento de datos.
- Experiencia o conocimientos en Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate y Power Apps).
- Nivel avanzado de Excel. - Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.
- Conocimientos de Tableau.
- Experiencia en herramientas de reporting y análisis de negocio.
- Conocimientos de integración de sistemas y gestión de datos.
- Experiencia documentando procesos y procedimientos.
