• 6+ years of experience in Data, with experience as an Architect or Tech Lead.

• Solid experience in Data Engineering and applied Data Science.

• Proficiency in Python and advanced SQL.

• Experience with GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Storage) and/or Azure or AWS.

• Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.

• Experience with Spark/PySpark, dbt, and Airflow.

• Experience in predictive modeling, Machine Learning, and advanced analytics.

• Experience in designing data pipelines at scale.

• Solid knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and agent architectures.

• Experience with technologies such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Llama, and frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.

• Experience in MLOps: deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

• Hands-on profile, with the ability to continue working directly with technology.

• Experience leading projects from start to finish and growing teams.

• Ability to participate in pre-sales and direct client interaction.

• Fluent/native Spanish and professional English.

• Experience in banking, insurance, retail, or consumer goods.

At Grupo Tecdata, we are looking for a Tech Lead with a focus on Data and Artificial Intelligence to lead the creation and evolution of our Data & IA practice.

This is a foundational role, reporting directly to the CTO, in which you will have the opportunity to define the architecture, lead projects, build a team, participate in pre-sales, and convert business opportunities into proprietary capabilities and solutions.

• Define the data architecture and standards of the practice.

• Technically lead Data, Machine Learning, and IA projects from start to finish.

• Design and supervise Data Engineering, Data Science, MLOps, and Cloud platform solutions.

• Drive use cases for GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and agents.

• Create accelerators, components, and reusable assets for the practice.

• Mentor and grow the internal Data & IA team.

• Participate in pre-sales, assessments, PoCs, and technical proposals.

• Technically manage relationships with partners and promote knowledge transfer.

• Work alongside the CTO on the evolution of the practice and its technological strategy.
