El contexto
Fabricante industrial de referencia a nivel global, busca incorporar talento externo para impulsar una nueva línea de proyectos de IA generativa aplicada a datos de personas dentro de su área de RRHH. La compañía cuenta con una estructura corporativa internacional y equipos distribuidos en distintos países, y quiere poner en marcha iniciativas orientadas a explorar cómo la IA puede aportar valor real a los procesos de personas dentro de una organización industrial de gran escala.
El proyecto se encuentra en una fase inicial, combinando el respaldo, los recursos y la dimensión de una compañía global consolidada con la agilidad propia de nuevas iniciativas. Trabajarás directamente con el Global Project Lead de proyectos de RRHH, participando en la definición y ejecución de casos de uso de IA aplicada a datos de personas, en un entorno con capacidad real de decisión y vocación de construir soluciones con impacto sobre la operativa de la compañía.
La modalidad de contratación es como implant de SenseisTalent en Duracell, una fórmula que puede conllevar la posibilidad de internalización a futuro, sin que exista compromiso o garantía al respecto.
La misión
Tu misión será hacer de puente entre el equipo de negocio y el equipo de tecnología, convirtiendo necesidades reales de negocio en proyectos de IA que se puedan construir de verdad. No buscamos un perfil de consultoría clásica que solo recoja requisitos: buscamos a alguien capaz de bajar al detalle, prototipar y validar antes de pasar el proyecto a construcción definitiva.
