Customer Success & Service Manager (IT & Cloud) en España

We are looking for a Customer Success & Service Manager with extensive experience in infrastructure and Cloud to join the commercial team.

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Retaining and building loyalty among the current client portfolio.
• Participating in after-sales activities with clear communication with clients.
• Identifying potential new sales opportunities within each client.
• Providing technical advisory on solutions (mainly Infrastructure and Cloud).
• Visiting clients in the portfolio for consultative and technical selling.
• Participating in implementation projects.
• Proposing improvements.

Requirements:

• Technical training in IT, Telecommunications, or similar fields. Other educational backgrounds such as Business Administration, Vocational Training, or similar will also be considered.
• More than 2 years of experience in similar positions (Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Service Manager, Project & Sales Manager, etc.).
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure, telecommunications, Cloud, etc.
• Experience in client retention within a technical environment.
• Proactive profile with strong communication and assertiveness skills.
• Residence in Barcelona city center or easy access to the Plaza España-Sants area will be valued.
• It is essential to speak Catalan and have a vehicle to travel between the different workplaces.

Buscamos a un/a Customer Success & Service Manager con amplio conocimiento en infraestructura y Cloud para formar parte del equipo comercial.

Reportando al responsable Comercial, la persona seleccionada se encargará de:

• Fidelización de la cartera de clientes actual.
• Participar en la postventa con clara comunicación con el cliente.
• Analizar posibles nuevas soluciones de venta en cada cliente.
• Asesoramiento técnico de soluciones (Infra y Cloud principalmente).
• Visita a clientes en cartera para venta consultiva y técnica.
• Participación en proyectos de implantación.
• Propuesta de mejoras.

Se requiere:

• Formación técnica en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar. No se descartarán otras formaciones como ADE, Formación profesional o similar.
• Experiencia de más de 2 años en posiciones similares (Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, Service Manager, Project & Sales Manager, etc.).
• Conocimiento avanzado en Infra, telecos, cloud, etc.
• Experiencia en la fidelización de clientes en entorno técnico.
• Perfil proactivo, con altas habilidades de comunicación y asertividad.
• Se valorará residencia en Barcelona Centro o de fácil comunicación en área Plaza España-Sants.
• Catalán y castellano nativos.
