We're Influee, a leading UGC platform enabling seamless collaboration between creators and brands/agencies. Active in 30+ markets and trusted by 100,000+ creators, we're entering a new phase of growth and helping the customers we already have get more value from the product they already pay for is central to that.

The Purpose of This Role

You'll drive adoption of Influee's features across our entire customer base: inside the product first, through segmented communication second. This is a customer success role built for scale, not for one-to-one account management.

What you'll actually be doing

Drive adoption of individual features across the entire customer base: in-dashboard first, segmented email second.
Ship an in-product surface for every feature we release: announcements, tours, and contextual chaining.
Encourage usage through targeted email against specific customer segments: different messages for agencies, brands, and apps, by lifecycle stage.
Own per-feature adoption metrics: percentage of agencies on white label, percentage of brands inviting their own creators, percentage uploading to the content library, percentage generating invite links.
Reduce support ticket volume by removing the confusion that generates the tickets in the first place.

Who we're looking for

You've owned adoption or onboarding in a PLG or self-serve SaaS product, not account management, not renewals.
In-app messaging and onboarding tools are second nature to you, and you're comfortable in an ESP for the segmented email layer.
You're technical enough to work inside the product alongside engineers and ship changes without waiting on a full dev cycle.
Naming the metric before running the campaign is how you operate, you define, instrument, and report on feature-level adoption yourself.
(Nice to have) You've worked on a marketplace or two-sided product.
