Tus principales funciones serán- Gestión y seguimiento integral de pedidos mediante SAP.

-Soporte postventa y coordinación con el Servicio de Asistencia Técnico/a.
-Actualización y mantenimiento de la base de datos de clientes.
-Seguimiento de facturas pendientes y gestión de reclamación de pagos.
-Soporte administrativo/a y comercial al área.
-Gestión documental y cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos.
Formarás parte del equipo de Customer Service, trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los departamentos de Comercial, Planning, Logística, Transporte y Asistencia Técnico/a.

Formación Profesional o estudios universitarios (valorable).
Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones de Customer Service o atención al cliente B2B.
Conocimientos de SAP y Microsoft Office.
Se valorará formación en Comercio Internacional.
Persona organizada, proactiva, orientada al cliente y con capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
Contrato indefinido.
Salario: 33.000 € brutos anuales.
