At Adecco, we are looking for a Customer Service professional for a 3-month temporary project.
You will work at an electrical appliance marketing company located in Sant Cugat del Vallès.
And your duties will be:
-Entering customer orders into the systems.
-Answering customer phone calls.
-Managing customer logistics-related issues.
-Coordinating with other areas or departments on order status, shipping dates, prices, product availability, and pending orders.
The salary will be based on the value contributed.
This is a temporary 3-month position through Adecco, with the possibility of renewal.
Working full-time, with a flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday, with the possibility of starting between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM and leaving between 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM, and on Fridays an intensive schedule from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Desde Adecco, estamos buscando un/a Customer Service para un proyecto temporal de 3 meses.
Trabajarás en una empresa comercializadora de aparatos eléctricos ubicada en Sant Cugat del Vallès.
Y tus funciones serán:
-Entrar pedidos de clientes en los sistemas.
-Responder llamadas telefónicas de clientes
-Gestionar incidencias de tipo logístico de clientes.
-Coordinar con otras áreas o departamentos el estado de los pedidos, fechas de envío, precios, disponibilidad de productos y pedidos pendientes.
El salario será en función del valor aportado.
Se trata de una posición temporal de 3 meses a través de Adecco, con posibilidad de renovación.
Trabajando a jornada completa, con un horario flexible de Lunes a Jueves, con posibilidad de entrar desde las 7.00 hasta las 9.00h y salir entre las 16h y las 18h, y los Viernes horario intensivo de 8.00 a 14.00h.
