- Identifyand assess customers' needs, handling consultations, after-sales requests, and general enquiries.
-Manage customercommunicationsthroughemail and chat, providingaccurateand complete information.
-Handle customer complaints, findappropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
-Build strong customer relationships through empathy, clear communication, and a customer-first approach.
-Manage theCRM system, keeping customer interactions, accounts, files, and databases up to date.
-Collaborate withSales, Finance, Administration, and other departmentsto support customer processes and operations.
- Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced level of English
-Previousexperience incustomer service, helpdesk, or a similar roleis valuable.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
-Customer-focused and detail-oriented, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality service.
-Able tomulti-task, prioritize, and find effective solutionsin a fast-paced environment.
-Flexible, resourceful, proactive, and dynamic.
-A true team player who enjoys working towards both individual and team goals.
-Previousexperience withZendeskis a plus.
