Desde Adecco estamos seleccionando Teleoperadores/as de Atención al Cliente con nivel muy alto de alemán para incorporarse a un importante proyecto del sector bancario.

Qué harás en tu día a día?- Atención al cliente del mercado alemán a través de teléfono, email y chat.
- Resolución de consultas e incidencias de primer nivel (front desk).
- Acompañamiento al cliente ofreciendo una experiencia de calidad.
- Contrato inicial de 3 meses + paso a indefinido.
- Salario competitivo: 22.800€ bruto anual + 1.200€ de variable anual.
- Formación inicial completa y remunerada, diseñada para que te sientas preparado/a y seguro/a en tu rol. (5 semanas de 9 a 15h)
-Horarios flexibles según el turno elegido, que te permitirán organizar mejor tu tiempo personal y profesional. Turnos de mañana (07:00h a 15:00h) o tarde (15:00h a 23:00h) 39 horas semanales a partir de 6º semana de incorporación.

- Compromiso para asistir a una formación presencial de 5 semanas, con una dedicación de 30 horas semanales, que se realiza en horario de 9h a 15h de lunes a viernes, ampliando posteriormente a 39 horas semanales.
- Superar una prueba de nivel de alemán, que evaluará tus habilidades en conversación y escritura.
- Actitud proactiva, habilidades interpersonales y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión.
