Your RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be the key contact for our customers in the automotive sector. You will become a tire expert, offering personalized recommendations, sharing exclusive promotions, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide expert tire recommendations based on vehicle specifications and driving needs
Greek C2 level and fluency in English,
Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
Wired internet connection (Ethernet) required for remote work
Residency in Barcelona, with mandatory office presence up to 5 days per month
Customer service experience (preferred but not required)
A hybrid position in Barcelona, with the flexibility to work from home most of the month
International remote work option, allowing you to work up to 15 days per year from any EU country
Comprehensive training in tire expertise, no prior experience needed
A diverse and international team, with colleagues from 24 different languages

Work-life balance, with a fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule.
Location: Barcelona (hybrid)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00 (no weekends)
Remote Work: Work from home most of the month and up to 15 days per year from any EU country
